I've got a ppc6700 running wm5. I loaded Net compact framework 2 and ppcfinder. The "All or part of the filename" and "Look in" seems to work fine. But I can't get the contents tab "A word or phrase in the file" to work. I'm trying to find files with specific text strings.
I choose storage card in "look in" section and use * for the file name in the General tab. I set "Size" and "When" to "don't know" and do a search for a word or phrase - but I get every file in the storage card as a search result. If I set the file name to *.doc I get all the doc files on the storage card.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the ppcfinder cab - but keep getting the same result.
Any suggestions?
Is there another step or have I not done something right.
